Any crewed expedition to Europa would be a six-year round trip... so don't
forget to include an engineer to deal with *six years* of accumulated
Mir-style gremlins, and a medic/psychologist.
On the scientific side, "expert" doesn't mean much when talking about
Europa. Deep background reading in the literature will only close minds to
new possibilities. So we should send people trained in the scientific
method, with open eyes and ultra-stable psyches.
