I wasn't as antagonized by Jeff's threat as John seems to be. Remember that
Edwin Kite -- who came up with a detailed and interesting scheme for
near-future Europa exploration that he wanted us to criticize -- was driven
off the site by the sheer avalanche of non-Europa stuff on it. (I did send
him a private critique and got an equally detailed reply, to which I'll
respond soon.) I see nothing wrong with maintaining one Website limited to
Europa material at the same time that we sign on to Jason Perry's new
"Astronautics List". It really does make the most sense to have two such
separate lists.
