i hope that comment was made in jest. ignorant people
like to pick on nasa for its perceived inability to
spend money wisely, but if you actually talk to the
people who work there,! or get their money from nasa,
you'll get a different story. it would be unwise to
make unprofessional and inaccurate comments about an
agency that is one of your most logical choices for
grant money.
