Hey People!!

as usual, I think it will be difficult to find "our point of view“.
Actually, the topic of gmo-crops was never really discussed in a meeting within
the last two years... or did I miss anything?

This is a very complex topic and personally I can not position myself on the
pro or con side of this debate. Concerning the vote tomorrow, what does the new
regulation mean?

1) the member states get more freedom in their decisions —> probably good!!
2) the current legislation is weakened wich "leaves legal loopholes available
for biotech companies to exploit“ as suggested by the Irish MEP —> not so
good!!

I would love to hear your thoughts!!

Julian
