Dear EP 2015 organizers,

I've filed a refund request now four weeks ago in the EP helpdesk (see below), 
but still have not received any response via that helpdesk or by direct email. 
I've deserved only one tweet of explanation telling me to be patient:

That's what I am, but with all due respect, by all definitions of reasonable 
responsiveness and artful communication I consider this to be a brilliant 
example of how better *not* to do it. I feel left completely in the dark, 
thinking that my refunding request might be handled in maybe another four 
weeks, or maybe after the conference or for Xmas this year or maybe never. And 
then I think of others being left in the same dark like this. Not a single 
official response from the helpdesk within four weeks is what I'd call 
completely unacceptable!
