One of the possibilities is that your breakers can be triggered by triplen 
currents in your wiring caused by non linear loads. Do you have a lot of non 
linear as opposed to linear loads attached? Pull out your oscilloscope and 
check the voltage/current sine waves while using your equipment, triplen 
currents can distribute in a matter that could affect GFI.
