You really should consider making it a pet project of yours to try and locate a private parking space (obviously with an electrical outlet) that you can rent within walking distance of your employer. This would eliminate numerous headaches and save you a boatload of upfront money. You would then be able to utilize a straightforward conversion of just about any vehicle your heart desires. You would be much happier driving a vehicle you really like, and the nominal annual fee would be far outweighed by the substantial savings. Vince
