Worley will sell it to you today:

100Ah 3.6V cell (6.6 lb) is $220 without BMS, $300 with BMS.

240V 100Ah pack, then, (436 lb) is under $15k 

Not too far off. They say the $300 version sold with BMS takes 6C
currents better than bare cells.

Their BMS is very primitive though.
