I typically encode several bitrate versions of the vids I make available
on the GhiaMonster site: http://www.ghiamonster.com/ev_videos.htm .  The
Woodburn 2001 56k clip (30k actual) is a good example of how dialuppers
can watch previewable quality video live over the net.  Alternatively, a
higher quality clip (up to 256k in this case) may be right clicked upon
and "Save Target As..." (in IE, at least) used to save the file locally
for viewing without bandwidth restrictions.
