         Of course, it depends on the discharge rate, but you should get 
about 36 A/hr before they get pooped. I would suggest that you give the 
pack a conditioning charge. That is, bring all the batteries up to 15 volts 
and hold until the current tapers to less than one amp. Then put 2 amps, 
constant current, no voltage limit, on the pack for two hours. You should 
get full capacity after you do this.

         I would suggest a conditioning charge every 20 cycles or so.
