Could you please elaborate on the process of ordering from Saft? I was
more interested in their Li-Ion batteries, but I'm sure the ordering
process would be the same:
a. Who did you contact?
b. What where the shipping charges?
c. Did you have to pay import duty?
d. How was payment made?
e. Did you get more documentation with the pack then is available from
their web site?
