Viewed today on the street near where I live: I woman with two small children (I'd guess between 6 and 9 years old) hanging on her wheelchair as she drove it down the sidewalk and across the street. One child hung on the back, one hung on the front, not sitting in the lap, but facing toward the mother. I didn't stare for too long regarding more details but I did wish I had my camera, it was simply too unusual a site. jl
