Bill Dube''s Wabbit had a clever controller cooling setup when I first saw it, probably 12 years ago. It was totally passive, using convection rather than a circulating pump. The key was that he used a refrigerant as a working fluid - butane, IIRC. Maybe Bill can provide more details.
