Heh heh, I like it, nice and legal! Does WA have an EV tax credit and is the federal tax credit still in place? You might be way ahead to claim the tax credit despite the yearly tax. Put a little gas generator in the back and say it's a homemade hybrid...(is there such a classification?). I think you can get a little gas generator for about $100.
