Well this is a big fat lie! It may be anonymous but it is far from fair! Why not use the Alternative Fuel Vehicle Annual Fee schedule which is already used? Check out http://www.afdc.energy.gov/laws/laws/WA/user/3260 and notice that most (all?) passenger vehicles would only be paying $45/year. Why do CNG and LPG vehicles not get taxed the same as EVs? -- David D.
