Cor may be right that the seller isn't a crook, just (IMO)
too-aggressive in
their sales techniques. I did not see any upfront honesty I would want
to
see in the text (seller motivated, lets make a deal, B.O.).
Either the specs stated were to the EV naive/non-EV--knowledgeable buyer
(to pull the wool over their eyes), or the seller did not state the nEV
was illegally hopped up (something wrong there).
I also agree with Cor on ... 'buyer beware'.
