I've had some similar issues with two cells sagging in my pack of 38x130ah CALBs. The Lithiumate Lite allowed me to see the cell voltages when charging (one cell spiked ahead of the others) and discharging (the same cell sagged too much even under modest 1C loads). So, I figured it was a bad cell. If I had no information at the cell level I'd have no idea what to do. With that information I pulled the cell and have made a warranty claim for a replacement. I don't have it yet, but so far CALB has indicated they would do it and have been very responsive. I hope the other questionable cell will be serviceable, but I have purchased a replacement for that in the event it is also bad.
Good luck in clearing up the issues. ----- Dan Gallagher http://www.evalbum.com/3854 -- View this message in context: http://electric-vehicle-discussion-list.413529.n4.nabble.com/Jeep-woes-tp4660832p4660911.html Sent from the Electric Vehicle Discussion List mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE: http://www.evdl.org/help/index.html#usub http://lists.evdl.org/listinfo.cgi/ev-evdl.org For EV drag racing discussion, please use NEDRA (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/NEDRA)
