Possible, but at 144v or 160v, a typical 4500w 240v water heater will be a 
fairly modest load.  If I did the math right in my head, it would be 2000 
watts at 160v - only 12.5a.  Might as well just use the vehicle's heater.

I use a jig like this for 12v and 24v batteries, and it works great.  But 
for testing an entire 144v or 160v pack for problems, it has some 
limitations.  You really need to apply a load to the entire pack to catch 
problems with interconnects and wiring.  Load-testing 12v at a time can be 
useful for testing the batteries themselves, but is apt to miss the other 
problems.
