At All German Auto Wrecking in south Seattle, there is a 1981 red VW truck EV conversion that has been wrecked beyond repair. It just came in. It still has all the EV parts, 2 chargers, DC-DC converter, DC motor, controller, etc. I measured the interstate deep discharge batteries and all 20 are 6v+ with slight imbalance in specific gravity. They are not asking a lot for it, and I hope someone gets there to save the good parts from being scrapped.
