I seem to recall seeing that service station owners make more money
selling groceries than selling gasoline. Some of the largest ones
include fast-food franchises on-site. Many stations are independent of
the oil companies. A big conceptual hurdle will be passed when one of
these chains starts installing EVSE, too.

You folks in more EV-friendly locales, have you seen a "gas station"
with EVSE gear, too?
