Yes, in a newswire piece I am going to post there are several petrol
stations in OR and some in WA that have l3&2 EVSE. As you will see some
are proud to advertise they have them. L3 charges in about the time it
takes to walk over, use the restroom, pick out your purchase, wait in
line, and pay for your items.

What isn't at these locations so much is a covered place to sit outside
near the EVSE to eat/drink&wait for the charge to finish.
