I agree with Damon here. We had a customer with a super beetle who had the
6.7 with Alltrax and Hi-power brand lithiums. He had reasonable use from
this set up until one of the cells went bad. He found out that there was no
support here in the states for Hi-power. He opted to swap out the motor for
the HPEV Ac kit offered by EV Parts, and switched over to GBC lithiums from
Rick at Elite Power Solutions. Both systems come as kits with plug and play
features. Great manuals available as well as excellent tech support. He was
most happy with the end results.
