The first step now that its at my house is actually to figure out what is
wrong with the charger -- it's not charging the batteries at all.  Which is
why the main bank is sitting at 60 volts -- - arg.... :)   I can
individually charge 24 volts at a time at about 50 amps, so a day of
individually charging sets of them will at least get the main bank charged
so I can test the rest of it.
