Gee, maybe I am missing something too? That art is as "prior" as it gets! Maybe that is why I didn't attempt to patent the design even though it was observed in the making by 2 first hired Tesla advanced engineers before they even knew what it was that they would use for batteries. Like you say, its too generic in design, just being the first to dream of what I could do to get more energy from batteries, and apply that dream to a 1970 VW converted to electric. I wish you were around to help me for 2 years 24/7 just putting them together in series/parallel. That consisted in a very proprietary way of soldering connectors to each terminal, connecting all 8k cells to interconnecting buss bars, etc. I guess it took me too long for a art is as "prior" as it gets. YEA. I wonder how people can get patents on the design of a electric motor. Its just a bunch of copper wound around something, isn't it? A art is as "prior" as it gets.
