Al, I went back and "bolded" the two passages where I stated this may happen in my post to make it more likely people note it. Of course it will depend on how well you are grounded through your shoes and the material you are standing on, relative humidity, etc, but *I agree it is best not to do the experiment and just assume you do have a good path to ground through your body, shoes, etc, and not touch anything at higher potential.* David, I do remember your stating the reasoning behind the Manzanita charger development at least two other times in the past. The fairly new EMW chargers are also non-isolated, and partly because of this, lower cost/Watt than the Elcon chargers - which is what really matters to diyers. :^))
