As an EV owner I was happy to initially read this but further reading shows it is only for a select few,ie,places where they want to wave a green flag. If you live outside of these selected areas then it is not applicable!. It should read" Free charge points for a select few UK residents". I will just carry on as I was before and fly my own little independent green flag from my workshop and keep on converting and doing the right thing.
