Nope, no change to the way regen works that I can tell. Had my car
reflashed last week. Disclaimer: I also had the "grabby brakes at low
speed" update applied. If anything I would say that the car seems to
use friction brakes more readily than before. Hard to say for sure. If
there's any change it's subtle and not noticing any significant change
in efficiency in city driving.

Most people report a slight improvement in usable range after the
reflash, but the effects diminish after some time. Personally I have
not seen any significant change in the car's behavior. If I didn't
have the LEAF Battery App I doubt I would have noticed anything at
all.

A hidden update is that the onboard charger is reflashed - I presume
this is to resolve the issue that some people have had with their
onboard chargers dying under certain circumstances. You're not going
to really notice the effect of this change.
