The utility runs the grid pretty hot around here, and it's common to have
250vac no load at the meter already... this is better for loads, but it is
a problem for grid tied solar, because they are, by law, required to shut
off around 260 to 264 volts -- and if you have any voltage drop, it's not
hard to get there.  We have problems with systems shutting off because the
grid voltage is too high quite a bit.  I've almost never seen grid voltage
low.  Maybe this is a Colorado thing.
