I hope you mean the auction block!  I would hate to see a usable EV carved 
up.

I'm puzzled by this post.  I don't understand why you stripped the lithium 
battery out.  Why not offer the Neon for sale as a usable, running EV?  Was 
the battery kaputt?  If so, why not drop in a simple, low cost working lead 
battery, so some buyer can have a daily driver?  <curious>
