Tempting, but people already have enough fear of things that are a little 
different.  Concerns about being shocked or electrocuted by an EV wouldn't 
do much to help sales or adoption.  

That said, maybe we >should< put "Danger, HIgh Voltags" signs on conversion 
EVs with non-isolated onboard chargers!  ;-)
