Sometimes newswires are released that are incomplete (just a short flash
in the pants that sell ad space) which is why I like to take the time to
gather more if them on the same topic before posting (it gives a better
view of what the media is being told as some media outlets actually do
some journalism).
On that point, I can tell you I am getting whiffs of Tesla considering
new pack chemistries and designs. So stay tuned, there is more fun to
come.
Also, note I included all the GM PR to make the point that after almost
two years of GM making noise of a 200mi pack, ... nothing, nada, zip.
One would think that 'if' GM had any progress on that, they would
release some real/tangible facts to share.
Bottom line: without any proof, its just GM being devious again.
