SuperCharger access is included for the 85kwh, optional for the 60kwh.  
I'm not sure you took that into account.  I think the value of the SC 
access is around $2k.

There HAVE been rumors that Tesla battery costs are very low.  I 
believe Tesla has offered pre-paid 85kwh battery replacements for $10k. 
You pay $10k for a replacement battery when you purchase the car and 
then have them install the battery at the time you choose, when you 
find the original battery not serviceable.  They are probably not 
willing to sell batteries for $10k today, but expect to in the future.  
That would be ~$120/kwh.
