I know a lot of folks won't agree with me, and that the auto-buying public today demands rapid acceleration. However, for me, 10.4 seconds would be plenty fast enough. I can remember when VW boasted of their (ICE) Rabbit's acceleration. IIRC, the 1975 model did 0-60 in around 12 seconds. That was quite a bit faster than the average subcompact in 1975. Times change, I guess.
