heaters anyway in the winter to keep them warmer than that. Experiment. :-)

Yes. The manufacturer says don't charge below 0C so I intend to give myself a good buffer such as making sure they're always above 5C.

They can be discharged down to -20C, which we don't often see in Connecticut. My intention, at the moment, is to power the heaters from the house power rather than from the batteries. I'll be monitoring the temperature, though, to see if I need to heat them while driving.

Like all good projects, experimentation is most of the fun :)
