I'm using Farnam battery heater pads I bought from KTA:

Control will be provided by a Lightobject JLD612

http://www.lightobject.com/JLD612-Dual-Display-PID-Temperature-Controller-P43.aspx

and a couple relays. One will turn the heaters on to keep the batteries
above 40F or so. The second will inhibit the charger below 40F.
