The purveyors of AC variable frequency drives are assuming you pick whatever motor suits your needs. I usually just buy a Marathon inverter duty motor. Marathon never asks me what drive I intend to use. And never ask about a warranty. Marathon has a good reputation and that is what counts, not the warranty.
