They do not give specifics, but they mention they are using some kind of concentrator which presumably would allow them to focus a larger area of sun onto the solar panels on the car throwing off your math. However, it seems likely that the best solution for a solar powered vehicle still is and will continue to be charging any BEV from a fixed solar power station. damon
