Unless you deploy a 20ft x 20ft canopy over the car with a concentrator
lense. It is probably going to be the expensive versoin of a solar
carport.

Nope, concentrator (lens) versus no concentrator just affects the type
of collector, not the area over which light is collected.  The roof of
the car is the roof of the car, not a black hole, bending light-waves
toward it from elsewhere.  It has a fixed area.
