Thanks for the reply.  I would be interested to know if Dale has any plans to 
provide data on his EVSEs use so one can get an idea as to when a particular 
charger is most likely to be available.  I was thinking a simple graph over 7 
days.  Also, is there any mechanism in place to tell the electricity supplier 
if there is any queue for a particular charger as, otherwise, there will be no 
way of determining if another charger is needed to offset demand.  Waiting 5 
minutes for a busy petrol pump is one thing, half an hour is another matter 
entirely.

I, too am trying to update openchargemap.org with the EVSEs I come across.  Are 
you using this one too?
