Just about all public J1772 stations support 30A, but it can vary. Most Blink stations are set to 30A, but some can be set as low as 16A if they have a problematic handle (some handles have faulty crimps that lead to overheating at 30A). You should be reading the pilot signal from the station and adjusting your maximum current draw accordingly.
