I've had an early 10kw for 1.5-2 years. Bought it assembled. It blew
up once and they fixed it about a year ago. No trouble since then but I
don't use it daily. Very nice and configurable charger. MUCH nicer to
set up and use than an Elcon or similar. I don't know anything about
programming it; I've just set the available parameters.
I failed to get the PFC option and wish I had. With PFC, it works on
120/240vac off the same inputs (like Elcon and simlar). With my model,
there are a pair of inputs for 240vac and another pair for 120vac.
Hence, I've never tried it on 120vac.
