CARB didn't pay me anything when I converted my car. No credits, no cash from GM, they wouldn't even let me have a white carpool sticker...
I don't really understand it, whats' the deal with the ZEV credit/voucher things anyway? So if you are producing something dirty, you can just buy 'clean credits'? That's not right. And if you are 'green', you can sell your credits? Still not right. lol. I probably just don't get it.
