David,

your points pass-over/ignore two of the words I put in my topic

used (not new)
 &
neighbor's (not the U.S., a neighboring country)

My point is not to get 'new' China EVs to the 'U.S.' market
(The following will read like a repeat of what I put in my original post).

As an example, same as buying a used Leaf EV that has already had its
incentives taken, it goes up for sale at a reduced price because of
competition (it did not cost the seller that much, so they ask for less to
compete with all the other used Leaf EVs on sale).

For a neighboring country that does not have all the regulations the U.S.
has, a used EV at a low cost could work well for them. Those buyers may not
care about U.S. regs, and only about price.

My posts are for/applicable-to more than just the U.S.
Note the Brazilian newswire link at the bottom I included, showing their
interest in that EV. Whether it is a neighboring country in the Americas, or
any other country that might be interested in a good deal (Australia,
Vietnam, India, middle Eastern country, etc.), the huge EV push China is
having should have left-over EVs (less-wanted used EVs selling at a lower
cost) that could find a market outside China.
