Media outlets do report on what other places/regions/countries are doing,
but for the most part, only what they 'think' their local readers will want
(or can relate to).

In my case, as a person who uses what the media puts out, I try to show what
the world is doing (that is EV-related). I believe this can bring only good
to the EV-cause.

Not only are good ideas shared or built-on/improved, but a little
competition/keeping-up-with-the-Joneses can be a stimulus for EV-growth.

We are all aware that the more a market grows, the more money the
money-lenders/investors/wealthy-fat-cats release funds for R&D, improvement
in the product, and its manufacture/production (cost savings methods), etc.

It is more than just the vehicles. It trickles down to all the
parts/components, charging/EVSE, and yes, government regulations, as more
EVs become a part of the world's society.

I am sure there are those with much better education and experience with
economics than I (and they are encouraged to weigh in here), but I can only
see the more we (the EV community) embrace all (the world's) EV-efforts, the
more change we will see occur (we will finally get to have more
transportation choice options than just petroleum-powered ones).

In an effort to try to tie us all together, is why I spend the extra time
and effort posting what the other guy (in different parts of the Earth) are
doing.
The more we know, the more we grow :-)
