I have to agree with Musk on the principle of weeding out an unwanted early adopter and not a customer. When you build and release a new product, you rely upon early adopters to give helpful feedback and spread the word about your new great product. This stage is critical to getting the product to full production. Obviously this early adopter wasn't going to provide either. I may have ranted earlier this week about my Alltrax controller problems but I wasn't on a special opportunity or privilege to try out a new product. I paid full price for an established product and thus have the right to complain when I feel wronged. I should also go to say despite my troubles with this one controller, it has served me well for 2 1/2 years and the new SPM I just received looks beautiful, well built and solid. Hoping to get 10 years out of it like David has with his!
