Bruce, Thanks for sharing your search efforts with us. I tried something similar and couldn't find anything except the main Chevrolet page. That page allowed me to sign up for more information. They have sent me a few email messages, about once a month, since. I was expecting a note when they began production (they've been saying in October for quite some time), but I never received anything.
A couple weeks ago I stoped by the dealer to see if they had a reservation sheet and could tell me anything. Jason Nowlin took my name phone number and email address. He called yesterday and I went over and signed up. What a difference between what GM is doing and what Nissan did with the Leaf. I signed up for the Leaf on their website in May of 2010. My car came in the first week in August of 2011. Over those 15 months I had to go back to that page and provide more information to prove I was a real customer. It looks like GM is selling the BoltEV like they would any other car. Of course neither Nissan nor GM is doing anything like Tesla's crowdfunding campaign for the Model 3.
