I took a quick look at that before buying a few BB660 cells to experiment with as a starting battery for an ice. They seem to meet all the requirements for dropping off in the battery recycle bin at Lowes home centers. It's not a practical way to dispose of a large number, but for a few dead cells, I would just drop one off from time to time.
