Yes, it does look like the HV battery is fully charged. Perhaps the
12v battery was disconnected and re-connected just for this photo and
the guess-o-meter hasn't collected enough data to put a number in, or
maybe it was just turned on and those bars change to a number
later.....
I note that the Airbag warning light, as well as the Car with ! icon
are lit (and both the red and yellow triangular !'s are lit in the
small display as well) which may indeed indicate an issue / trouble
code with something. (Or perhaps the turned the car on and immediately
took the photo before those lights went out.....)
If you can examine the car before bidding, having a Leaf Spy Pro app
and bluetooth OBDII adapter to check the trouble codes would be
invaluable. [at least turn it on and see if the trouble lights go away
after a few seconds...]
