After doing a morning of fleabay research and consulting my Suprex
spring catalog, I took a leap of faith and purchased a set of two new
replacement springs from a seller in Germany for $75 w/shipping. I
probably could have fooled around trying to find a parts car
somewhere, or used some of the cross-referenced vehicles indicated in
some of the listings (Jeep Waggoneer, lots of Fords, LTD, Cougar,
Mustang, etc), but in the end, it seemed like a lot less running
around to just purchase new springs. Hope the international seller is
reputable (and the springs come close to fitting)...
(I kind of struggle using the Nabble archive to reply to messages.
Posting this link to one of my replies that didn't get appended to
the archive thread so I can find it later:)
