I just sold my S-10 conversion but kept the 2013 Nissan Leaf Modules.
I've got all of the miniBMS units (plus a lot of broken ones and some
working spares) from them, so minimum 32 cells worth.
Because some of my original single cell ones failed, I've got several of
the "4 cell" circuit boards in the mix.
I have not been terribly impressed with how they keep the cells in
balance, and one of them has failed on me (drawing a cell down to almost
zero), but over the last 5 years they have done a good job as a
monitoring system (dropping the loop on high voltage or low voltage events).
The company that made them (Clean Power) is no longer selling them, and
they are completely unsupported, but if you want them, I'll ship them to
you for the cost of shipping (I expect around $10). [I'll also include
a roll of the surface mount opto-isolator that is one of the first items
to break on them.....a few of them have been re-worked to replace that
part.]
So, overall I can't fully recommend them, but if you already have a
system and want some spares, I've got them available....
